What does Discovery involve?

  1. A series of stakeholder workshops to agree low-level functional requirements, both technical and business.
  2. The review and agreement of core processes underlying ecommerce e.g. order management.
  3. The documentation of agreed requirements and processes in a suitable format for development teams.
  4. The review, approval and sign-off of documentation by senior stakeholders with decision-making authority.

Ecommerce platform migration is challenging and it takes time and effort to run a successful Discovery phase to ensure development teams are working from a robust, quality set of requirements, with sufficient detail to enable them to build the solution your business and its customers need.
