What can I do?

The million £/$ question.

My background is quite varied which is why I position myself as a business development professional although my focus for the past 12 years has been in ecommerce and digital marketing.

I work with B2B and B2C digital teams to help them develop and implement their business strategy. This can be in a consultative capacity, helping them ask the right questions before they make an investment, or it can be rolling up my sleeves and getting dirty with the platform, delivering tactical plans and helping with day-to-day trading. I particularly enjoy helping ecommerce teams to replatform by project managing the RFP process.

It’s very hard to pigeon hole what I do as each project has its own challenges and requirements. I think my greatest strength is my skill diversity – I’ve managed ecommerce websites Client side, helped Clients implement & grow their ecommerce channels Agency side and worked with multiple B2C and B2B Clients to devise, implement and execute ecommerce plans as an independent consultant.

I come to the table with no pre-conceived ideas about your business – my role is to support your team to achieve business goals and influence you along the way to get the best possible outcome by tapping into my experience and network of specialists.

Independent Ecommerce Consultant and Owner, Digital Juggler

Working with a network of experienced ecommerce legends and marketing voyeurs to help Clients plan, implement and manage ecommerce projects. Solution delivery is built to suit each Client’s unique needs.

An example project is House of Fraser. The Executive Director for Multi-Channel brought me in to plan and start implementing a mobile strategy, bringing the business up to speed with latest good practice ready to hand over to a newly formed business development team.
